The Integrated circuits test development team is seeking a Sr IC Test Development Engineer to develop precision parametric measurement, dynamic signal analysis, and automated test system software for highly custom digital and mixed-signal integrated circuits.As a member of this Test Engineering Team, you will be involved in all phases of product development, including definition, design for testability, test hardware and software design, hands-on debug, characterization, manufacturing release under a heavily regulated quality and regulatory standard operating procedures.
