About the job:? Responsible for smooth operation on company software products.? Analyzes business process, Gaps, participates in designing and implementing business cycles and workflows.? Instructs users on the use of software products and manuals.? Aids customer in implementation issues and results verification.? Refers major software problems to development department for correction.? Document all issues in tracking system.? Setup and configuration of test environment in order to duplicate issues.? Responsible to troubleshoot and identify customer issues with the software and escalate to the R&D team if code changes are required.? Assist in the preparation of reports for customer communication.? Establish and maintain excellent working relationship with all customers at all times.?
