About GESRInnovation and Entrepreneurship Program (GESR Misr Elkeir )is a program that was launched by Misr El-Kheir Foundation in 2013 to support innovations and technology-based social enterprises that tackle different societal challenges in the fields of Energy, Water, Food, Education, and Health challenges.GESR works to support the whole innovation cycle; building the capacities for innovation, supporting and investing in innovations and social enterprises.? Designing and managing events, projects, workshops and training programs that are held inside the social innovation lab.? Suggest, plan and oversee different activities to ensure that lab fulfills the needed objectives and to make sure that the lab has its own subjective satisfaction within the agreed on period and according to the timeline of the activities.? Constantly monitor the objectives and outputs of the lab and take decisions when needed in urgent cases- to make sure that the activity plan of the lab can fulfill the agreed-on KPIs.? Manage the day-to-day operations of the lab to ensure that the beneficiaries of the lab have all the needed support to ensure the highest levels of effectiveness and to fulfill the expected results.? Ensure the implementation of all the terms and policies of the lab to ensure the safe and efficient operating.? To make sure that the lab is fully coping with all the safety, legal, organizational policies.?
