Catering? Communicates with a number of vendors / suppliers to order different kinds of supplies required for daily kitchen operations.? Plans Catering Menu for all shifts, considering various dishes and beverages.? Maintains the proper stock level of all catering equipment.? Ensures applying Food Safety & Handling regulations and procedures.? Allocates catering budget and forecasts needs effectively.? Suggests / Initiates improvement ideas.? Develops Catering procedures, coordinates with other concerned department to determine (Meals fees, breaks time, etc ).Cleaning? Manages the daily activities of House Cleaning.? Co-develops the house cleaning plan with the Housekeeping Foreman.? Monitors Housekeeping staff performance, takes corrective and preventive actions when needed.Buildings Maintenance?
