StartEgypt is looking for a Senior Communications Officer well experienced in digital marketing to help implement StartEgypt marketing and social media strategy, developing brand awareness, generating inbound traffic and promote StartEgypt and its activities.Main Responsibilities:? Developing and executing social media strategy in line with the marketing strategy.? Identify and evaluate channels used for promotional and marketing purposes.? Content Strategy creation and implementation across all platforms.? Creating social media calendar and campaigns to drive better engagement.? Create and submit monthly and quarterly reports regarding social media insights.? Monitor and manage all social media channels.? Monitor trends in social media tools, trends and applications.? Establish effective digital media campaigns.? Manage StartEgypt online presence and develop content (Arabic/English) for outlets such as website, blog and social media channels.? Keeping all social media channels and website up-to-date according to agreed update rate? Managing email campaigns in addition to the Marketing CRM? Provide writing and editing support for all communication including all promotional materials, press releases, website content, monthly newsletter and reports.? Develop and maintain a relationship with media and press and support in managing company PR activities.? Manage content of company printed promotional material production.? Work collaboratively with the team to create and manage an integrated communication strategy.? Regularly feedback insights gained from community and social media monitoring into the management team, to help them evolve their strategies in a timely fashion. ? 3 to 5 years of social media and content creation experience? Strong Arabic copywriting skills is a must.? Excellent knowledge of various Social Media channels content and social media management tools.? Graphic design skills is a plus.? Excellent communication skills.? Strong organizational skills? Proactive and highly organized, with strong time management and planning skills? Attention to detail and ability to multitask.? Native Arabic and English speaking and fluency is a must.? Ability to travel within Egypt governorates. ?
