Sales administrator IS responsible for the efficient handling of sales orders and help to improve the productivity of field sales ENGINEERS by dealing with customer queries and fielding calls. It also involves staff, management, vendors, media, and customers and is tasked with supplying information and promoting a positive public image. The position contributes to the quality of customer service and the achievement of sales targets.? Manage & maintain customer portfolio and customer pipeline within assigned territories? Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person? Collaborate with sales team member to promote the sale of Scientific Zone products, and to provide sales support through assistance to sales team members in the preparations of proposals, tenders and quotations? Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas? Develop, present, or respond to proposals for small & medium size customer, including request for proposal responses and product range and prices.? Maintain customer contact to introduce company and products on offer? Advise & recommend to customers latest improved products to improve his business? Manage sales appointments and coordinate accordingly with sales engineer? Develop & report on periodic sales performance?
