R&D IS TEAM & NETWORK MANAGEMENT :? Hierarchical responsible to manage BG R&D IS engineers, responsible to set objectives and set performance KPIs, perform appraisal and mid term reviews? Functionally responsible to manage PG R&D IS managers (when exist) and sites R&D IS engineers? Responsible to set R&D IS budget for his/her perimeterIS STANDARDS, METHODOLOGIES & SECURITY :? Responsible to qualify and prevent local application development/deployment out of Group IS&T standards? Ensure and promote respect of Group IS standards and methodologies (ISPM, Red Alert, ISQC)? Is responsible for the compliance of R&D systems of his/her BG with Valeo IS security standards? Responsible to define, publish, and follow the deployment of site prerequisites and standards for R&D applications.R&D IS SYSTEMS & ACTIVITIES :? Manage the validation of technical prerequisites prior new system roll out with the support of other networks (technical architecture and interfaces design, performance load & stress testing, drp testing, infrastructure set up, security aspects)? Manages the deployment of R&D IS systems & tools, ensure evolution and maintenance of systems? Follow and monitor R&D sites infrastructure capacity to support R&D activities (mainly extended network)? Ensures and monitor the availability of tools (follow up of IT operations, respect of SLA, KPis, crisis management)? Responsible to monitor the performance of R&D applications for his/her R&D Sites? Track and monitor incidents or complex problems resolution impacting R&D? In case of incident on centralized applications, is the main technical coordinator and contact of Group IS solution centers for action plans? Manages & controls his/her R&D IS partners and contracts (services and software licenses)? Optimizes licenses footprint through monitoring and reporting of usageDISASTER RECOVERY PLAN :? Responsible to create and maintain the disaster recovery procedure (DRP) for the R&D systems under his/her control? Accountable for the test of the Disaster Recovery Procedures once per year for all systems and application under his/here responsibility. Responsibility is shared with Site IS Mgr (when R&D servers at site level). Responsible for the publication of test results.? Support R&D IS sites business continuity plan.AUDIT & COMPLIANCE :? Responsible for the compliance with license agreements. Monitor and report license usage.? Responsible for compliance of all BG R&D IS systems and application to Valeo IS standards defined at Group level.? Audit his/her BG R&D sites in the usage of R&D systems?
