We are looking for a Purchasing Manager with 5 - 10 years of experience in purchasing with a Supermarket Chain and/or Convenience Store.The ideal candidate:? Will be the company's main point of contact with the various suppliers.? Interface on a weekly basis with the suppliers to update prices, promotions and offers.? Prepare and send daily and weekly purchase orders.? Negotiate with suppliers to get the best possible terms.? Research the local market for products and suppliers as per the set plan.? Negotiate and sign purchasing agreements with the suppliers.? Create, organize and update Suppliers records.? Be aware of, and updated about any new products in the market.? Receive, inspect and approve daily arrivals of products.?
