Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:Project Planning & initiation:? Develop project Structured Work-Plan in reference to proposal, budget and KPIs? Develop resource plan in reference to proposal, budget and KPIs? Recruit needed human resources? Jointly plan with R&D and M&E, the projects KPIs and impact milestones, tools? Plan TOT with R&D? Develop project optimization initiatives plan? Develop risk mitigation plan? In addition to other planning tasksFinancial Management and Reporting :? Manage, request and settle project budget as per estimated budget? Ensure implementation of cost optimization activities? Achieve financial targets and work within project budgetProject Execution and Operation Management:? Develop a implementation work plan? Execute the project per the project plan? Develop forms and records to document project activities? Set up files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured? Monitor the progress of the project and adjust plan as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project? Plan and execute with PR functions end of year project celebration? Responsible of raising flags for project efficiency? Ensure that all the aims of the project are metReporting and Partner Management:? Generate Baseline report for targeted schools? Generate Quarter reports internal consolidating all project data per partner (Logframe, school profile reports)? Generate 2 donor reports per project? Generate Final phase report consolidating all from data of different T&Ds per partner/school? Coordinate and manage relationship with key stakeholders, MOE and DonorMonitoring and Evaluation:? Get technical feedback on T&Ds from M&E? Provide feedback on T&Ds to Program manager? Follow up on data collection, reports and consolidations? Monitor and evaluate T&Ds? Periodically visit T&Ds for inspection and observation? Co Evaluate T&Ds with M&E officer and program manager? Ensure the quality standards are metTeam Management:? In consultation with the HR manager, recruit, interview and select staff and/or volunteers with appropriate skills for the project activities/needs? Manage project staff and/or volunteers accordingly? Follow up on T&Ds schedules and ensure punctuality, accountability, and quality? Allocate and manage T&Ds to their schedules within schools and governorates as per project needs? Create and communicate intervention schedules to T&Ds through "individual work plan per PD"Project Logistics Planning and Delivery:? Managing project training logistics and resources needed, before training takes place including; (Power Points, handouts, materials required for in class activities etc.)? Managing the preparation of T&Ds transportation, accommodation and travel convenience? Making sure participants receive handouts (in Arabic or English depending on requirement)? Making sure participants receive sufficient info about Governorates and school addressesInternal Reporting & Internal Communication? Filling and Submitting needed direct reports.? Attending Follow up with Direct Manager.? Attending Monthly Staff Meeting and Team freq
