úControl and Manage the Project of all phase?s interns of project planning, scheduling, Monitoring, Reporting, Change Management & Control etc.úSchedule Management.úCost ManagementúChange ManagementúKey Resource Management.úScope / Change management.úProposal Management (Bidding Decision and Costing Management) Strategic PlanningúEstablishes operating policies to mitigate risk. Additionally, Project Controls Manager provides guidance and consultation for project managers.úHe should be capable of interface with all internal departments heads and assembling timeline project execution program.úEnsuring the Project controls team produce weekly / monthly reports in line with the project and company reporting calendar, providing details on progress, actuals, forecast and explanation of variances.úEnsure that project controls processes are consistently applied across the project.úManage governance to ensure robust cost and schedule performance for the agreed Scope of Work across integrated programs managed across multiple suppliers.úSupport and advise on the definition of Project Controls and Earned Value Management policies, procedures and the standards required to deliver projects.úSupport the development of requirements for specific resource-loaded schedules.úWork closely with the Project Manager, commercial manager and Project QS to maximize the potential of the project.úHe shall be familiar with National and International standards, and Saudi Aramco Standards.úWorking knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and start-up / set up work processes.
