- Perform the KCO testing required monthly in accordance to the predefined test plan and in line with the global calendar.- Report testing results in a timely manner with the highest transparency and integrity.- In case of defects, support the team in performing root cause analysis following the 5 whys approach along with action plans required to close the defect and avoid its re-occurrence.- Ensure independence in all testing related activities.- Ensure adherence to all Data Privacy and Security standards.- Work in agile way and be part of the compliance and testing squads.- Work in global teams and be open to be involved in cross testing, peer review testing, etc.- Ensure adherence to global controls and compliance requirements.- Providing education to all delivery teams in all controls and compliance related requirements in a timely manner.
