Note: We're Global Glass Company, One of ARMA groups.? Revise production schedules and sales orders for the material shortage.? Determine the needs of the monthly raw materials according to ROU (run on update) in main material and in auxiliary materials according to consumption rates? Confer with sales, purchasing, warehouses, customer service, and production department s supervisors or other personnel to assess progress and discuss needed changes to achieve sales requirements.? Send the estimated requirements (raw materials) of production to the store's department on a monthly bases for the glass and on a weekly bases for the auxiliary materials? Prepare analysis report each month about the status of the material in stores? Prepare production plans on a weekly basis, analyze it through sales forecasting.? Supervise and follow up on the stock of materials.? Follow-up delivery dates and production schedules.?
