Develop operations plan, budget and timelines according to Supply Demand specifications.? Determine equipment, materials and manpower required to complete the distribution target .? Determine operation requirements based on market capacity.? Ensure a consistent handoff of planning information to the inventory control via the Planners? Establish and monitor system parameters, including safety stock levels for finished goods and raw material inventories? Plan workflow and schedules for operation departments.?
