Reports to:˙ ˙ ˙ ˙ ˙ P&C Business partner˙˙˙˙˙˙˙Category:˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙ FTE˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙Location:˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙ EgyptUnit / Division / Department / Section:˙˙ HR˙JOB PURPOSEResponsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, including recruitment, training and development and performance management in coordination with the HR & Administration ManagerKEY ACCOUNTABILITIESTraining & Development

  • Maintain all HR Records up to date for Recruitment, training.
  • Arrange all internal orientation program.
  • HR orientation for new joiners.
  • Ensure all training activities are in place for the individuals development plan as per the approved training schedule.
  • Provide assistance to the staff with regards to their competencies, objectives and development plans.
HRMS˙˙˙
  • Adding new employees on HRMS.
  • Follow-up employees onboarding
  • Support in monthly payroll.
Recruitment & Selection˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙
  • Screen and shortlist potential candidates CV received from online job posting and/or Recruitment Agencies for physical interviews.
  • Coordinate with Department head the interview process and participate in the selection committee as per recruitment procedures.
  • Provide advice and assistance to supervisors on staff & laborers recruitment.
  • Ensure that all the resigned, terminated or transferred employees are handled as per the labour law and conduct the exit interviews to identify the potential problems and escalate them to HR & Admin Manager
  • Liaise with Temporary hire recruiters to provide the required manpower as per the approved request & budget.
  • HR Documentation
  • Assist the HR & Admin in writing/revising the JD in coordination with departments managers s and to provide to the new joiners.
  • Update the organizational charts on regular basis and provide the approved copy to Corporate HR
Performance Management˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙
  • conduct the routine follow up for the submission of appraisal forms in a timely manner.
  • Assist the HR & Administration Manager in ensuring that the welfare of staff is maintained at a high level.
Policies & Procedures˙˙˙˙
  • Assist the HR & Administration Manager in ensuring all HR Policies & Procedures are revised as necessary, communicated to all managers, and implemented and complied by
  • Conduct employee orientation & ensure that new joiners have read the policies & procedure of the company as a part of transparent communications goal.
Policies and Procedures / HSE ˙˙˙
  • Comply with operational procedures and instructions when performing all job tasks and activities.
  • Comply with relevant safety, quality and environmental control procedures and instructions.
  • Keep workstations and areas clean at all times.
SPAN OF COMMUNICATION
  • Internal: All Employees, HR & Admin Manager, and corporate HR
  • External: Recruitment & Training Agencies, labour office & insurance brokers
