Job Description? Min years of experience: 2 years working in Telecom Operations and Service Delivery experience.? Domain experience: BSS/OSS? Excellent verbal and written communication skillsTechnical Skills:? Experience working with one of the following technologies: OSS, Solaris/UNIX/Linux, Product Support Processes, SQL, MySQL, Oracle, IP networking protocols, Scripting? Good understanding of monitoring systems and associated protocols? Knowledge of Managed Service telecom operations practice? Experience Managing Hardware :- Ability installing, administering, configuring, and maintaining applications; including operating systems and related software? Ability reviewing existing integration capabilities, data sources, and proposed solution designs for feasibility, cost and functionality? Any of the following OSS-Specific application experience: Netcool / Netnuman / OSS-RC / TeMIP / SO-EM / IPT-NMS / ENM / U2K? Experience monitoring and managing applications, device availability, network conditions, and system reliability/performance, as well as service and program maintenance and storage resources.? Ability to create detailed documentation to functionally understand new and existing applications? Ability to follow and implement established change and control policies and procedures? Experience in Ericsson OSS-RC/ENM is a plusEducation:?
