Ensure activities comply to Safety, Quality and Environmental requirements.? Develop Planned Maintenance work lists each week for the maintenance crew.? Co-develop Annual Maintenance Plans that align to the production requirements.? Ensure each maintenance work order details labour, parts and cost are procured and staged prior to scheduling work.? Maintain CMIS (Computerized Management Inventory System) Data including Plant Assets, PM (Progressive Maintenance) Routines and accurate Work Order Backlogs.? Refine systems to ensure maintenance planning and scheduling is completed efficiently each week.? Produce daily, weekly, monthly and annual KPI reports.? Assist in Reliability Improvements.? Look for opportunities in streamlining activities to better facilitate the adherence to the plan.? Joint ownership of Preventative Maintenance and Planned Corrective Maintenance Compliance with PM (Progressive Maintenance) Crew.?
