Conduct a marketing survey to ensure customer s satisfaction.? Handle and follow up all customer complains? Manage the production of all marketing materials including (business cards, billboards, leaflets, posters, flyers, shopping bags, covers)? Coordinate all the internal marketing activities and following all the guidelines? Prepare the required customer service report to brand managers? Negotiate and finalize quotations with Agencies? Help in introducing and innovating new marketing ideas? Assist in handling Social Media accounts (Facebook, Instagram)? Assist in applying marketing plan and promotional activities efficiently (Campaign, Outdoors, Magazine, Newspapers, Events, etc .)
