Job Requirements8 to 12 years of experience with a solid previous experience in a law firm and/or multinational.Bachelors degree in Law, Masters degree in law is a plusStrong commercial skill set and business partnering skills.A solid experience in drafting contracts and preparing corporate documentation. An experience in Egyptian labor law is a big plus.Proficiency in English and Arabic both written and spoken.Ability to work under pressure and work independently. Good analytical ability and excellent drafting skills.
