Job Description5 Star leading Hotel in Cairo is looking to appoint a Restaurant Chef for its Italian outlet. You will be responsible for the day to day operation of this high end Italian Restaurant, serving genuine Italian cuisine. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food and be committed to delivering an amazing guest experience. You will assume responsibility for all food quality and presentation. The person specification calls for a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position in a quality, high end establishment and you should have exceptional Italian culinary skills. Fluency in English is needed, ideally with an understanding of the Arabic world.
