Network Support Engineer (working hours Monday - Friday 9AM-5PM EST North America)? Will be working in New Cairo office to assist the IT Manager in USA.? Duties include: -Prior IT experience required.? Experience with Windows 7, 8, 2003, 2008R/2, 2012R2 & 2016.? Experience with Domain controllers, member servers, (Including Print, DNS, DHCP, File server services).? Network Configuration / Setup and troubleshooting (wired/wireless routers, switches, firewalls).? Installing / Configuring computer software/hardware.? Mac OS X preferred but not required.? Monitoring, troubleshooting, diagnosing, maintaining and resolving network issues.? Administration of routers, switches and firewalls.? Maintain log and configuration files of existing and newly-installed equipment (asset management).? Assist in architecture design and quoting for supported network equipment.? Provide security recommendations for vulnerability and penetration testing.? Conduct periodic scans to evaluate current security readiness.? Assist IT team in managing clients and workload.?
