DescriptionAbout this Role:The IT Executive will serve as the primary point all IS day to day incidents/Requests in EgyptWhat you will do? Providing Telephone and Desk-side support, scheduling technical support on the company s IT infrastructure and computers etc.? Support Connectivity & LAN environnement.? Provide First line support on issues related to Operating system, connectivity, MS Office including MS Outlook and other applications.? Assist the local IT tea Lead in achieving local goals & objectives.? Load operating system image on PCs in accordance with company policy.? Manage printers, scanners and access control.? PBX management and problem solving.Who are youFUNCTIONAL SKILLS:? Should be dynamic, organized, capable of handling multiple tasks.? People oriented? Past experience in setting up LAN, PCs and Printer including WAN connectivity.? Building Windows based PCs with a standard company build? Ability to deal with a variety of customers.? Excellent interpersonal skillsIT CAPABILITIES:? Windows 10 Pro? Microsoft Office 365 business? Google Suite? Kaspersky? Hardware support? LAN management? Install PCs? Helpdesk call logging? University Degree in Information Systems? Maximum 3 months helpdesk support experience on windows based PCs,? basic MS office applications and Google suite apps.? Excellent communication skills in English
