Manages organization's safety programs to protect Employees and the company against harm, and maintain safe working conditions.? Formulates and suggests work safety standards, and enforces procedures. Risk prevention areas include hazardous materials. exposure, accidents, fires, or other unsafe conditions.? Meets compliance and reporting requirements of national regulations.? Initiate an occupational health, safety and environment polices guidelines and procedures.? Plan, ensure and implement the site safety rules for contractors.? Lead the Risk Assessment program across the site.? Implement the job hazard analysis programs of the company.? Develops & communicates safety information, instruction and warnings throughout the plant.? Guide, advice and lead HSE team to perform the assigned tasks, duties with outstanding performance level.? Monthly reporting of HSE KPIs and activities.? Ensure implementation and compliance with the Key ICON procedures.? Responsible to stop any unsafe behavior / conditions or unsafe work activities in the site.? Lead the incident investigation program implementation.? Supervise the issuing and renewing of HSE Behavior & Conditions Observation System and Safety Tours.? Lead the Safety Training programs to ensure good safety competency in the site.? Directs and proposes correct motivational and disciplinary actions for employees safe behaviors.? Define and implement adequate HSE Audit Plan, including Contractors to be successfully certified for ISO 18000 OSAS and local laws and regulations.? Deliver Internal safety training to employees.? Supervise and run orientation to all new comers (visitors or contractors).?
