YOUR ROLE? Interface and communicate with local HR departments worldwide with the opportunity to actively use your language skills by e-mail or phone? Act as the first contact point to Henkel employees regarding all questions about HR tools and applications? Support new & challenging HR initiatives and become an active member in the implementation and enhancement of new projects in the Contact Center & Data Management scopes? Finish all assigned tickets within the guidelines and SLAs (Hiring, Domestic Transfers, Promotions, Salary Increase, Award Payments, Exits, HR Letters, Contract Renewals, and End of Probation) while ensuring completeness of the work flow documents? Handle incoming calls and tickets according to the knowledge acquired during on-job training or through knowledge-sharing with other colleaguesYOUR SKILLS? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any relevant study? At least 1 year of relevant work experience? Fluent English and French speaker? Proficient knowledge of MS Office applications (Word and PowerPoint) and expert in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)? Work experience with an emphasis on customer service is an advantage? Profound PC skills; experience with SAP is an advantage? Pro-active, open minded, self-reliant, customer-oriented team-player with good communication, organizing, and process-related skills
