Working closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures? Develop HR planning strategies with line managers by considering immediate and long-term staff requirements? Handles staff grievances/dispute resolution ensuring compliance with company policies & procedures as well as advising BU heads with regards to Labour Law to avoid any potential claims against Nirvana in the Ministry of Labour? Works in close Liaison with legal department whenever issues pertaining to uncommon employee exit occur to ensure the legality of the process.? Investigates any allegations of breach of code of conduct to take appropriate disciplinary actions ensuring due process is followed through.? Investigate and take appropriate measures on Overtime, Time & Attendance system abuse to avoid potential policy violation.? Conducts exit interviews for Grades 7 till 12 (Grading reference level) and carries out analysis to identify trends and actions to improve retention?
