Work together with the GM and Head of departments to deliver the employee strategy and to ensure top implementation of HR best practice.? Develop and communicate with a consistent approach to guarantee HR best practice in relation to all aspects of the employee life cycle.? Provide a coaching and developmental approach to HR ensuring managers are capable of leading their teams and have individual responsibility for people management.? Support managers to ensure success of their teams.? Manage the payroll requirements ensuring the correct processing of payments in accordance with business policies.? Develop and manage the functional budgets.? Arrange any events related to HR department as annual meeting and motivational activities.? Post job advertisements on channels and explore new recruitment sources to attract qualified applicants.? Conduct initial screening and categorize the screened CVs to filter the applicants according to the available vacancies and most fit for each job requirements.? Conduct Competency-Based Interviews to assess/evaluate the candidates qualifications and competencies to create a short list of candidates, according to each job requirements.?
