The bulk hiring is for hardware support representatives located in bus stations to maintain our devices on board of buses. This is followed by the software team.? Develop employee onboarding process.? Plan for continuous training & development with the help of department leads. Our employees are our biggest asset, and we care about constantly developing their capabilities and personality.? Help develop performance management mechanisms with clear KPIs.? Administer compensation and benefit plans.? Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc.?
