Manage the live operations of cleaners? Needs to track and manage order status, and deal accordingly? Ensure that assigned cleaners make it to their appointment on time? Aid cleaners with any issues they may face throughout their order? Responsible for ensuring orders meet the SLA requirements? Able to report on daily operations? Ensure that all orders are completed, if there is a cleaner that is unable to make an appointment on the same day or hour? Handle complaints, and follow up with the results? Handling of the cleaners? Ensure that all feedback checklists and processes are completed in order to help develop the product
