Job Summary/ResponsibilitiesTo ensure the successful delivery of design projects for exhibitions, conferences, awards, and digital products in line with agreed KPI's.? Delivery of design projects in line with business objectives set by Creative Director? Adherence to timelines and budget requirements? Designer KPI reportQualities needed for the roleDESIGN EXECUTION? Deliver assets to meet deadlines and communicate any issues far in advance to allow for problem-solving? Collaborate and support the marketing team to design a variety of assets? Lead projects from concept to implementation within the fast-paced environment? Work autonomously managing and working on multiple projects simultaneously to meet critical business deadlines? Update and maintain a content library for the Marketing Department? Attend and define marketing briefings? Liase with marketing and sales teams? Use feedback to develop? Continually develop design skillset? Use various design software to fulfill design needs? Understanding of typographic principals? Supporting the team throughout the execution of campaigns and projects? Strong written and verbal communication skills? The ability to manage design process and ensure deadlines are meet? Ability to work to tight deadlines? The ability to see projects through from inception to production? Excellent attention to detail? Understanding of end print production? Consistency regardless of project size? Good organisational skills? The willingness to listen to feedback and use it to improve and develop? Be interested in learning and developing within a growing company? Proficient in the use of graphic design software packages, including but not limited to, Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop? Handing and delivering multiple projects at any one timeSkills requiredMinimum Education Level:? Educated to degree level or equivalentBackground Knowledge, Skills & Experience:? 3+ years of experience as a designer in events industry or with an agency? Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint? Portfolio which contains examples of your work? Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills? Strong organizations skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time? Strong design skills with high attention to detail? Knowledge of design for print and digital? Strong typography, composition and information design skills? Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills? Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Drive? Creative, resourceful, and dedicated to fully understanding the problem before reaching a solution? Excellent presentation skills? Strong typography, composition and information design skills? Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills? Photography skills? Fluency in spoken and written English, proficiency in Arabic is an advantageDesired? Knowledge of Exhibition events industry? Experience in video editing and knowledge of related software such as After effects, Premier Pro is desired? Web coding and user experience?
