Job Description

A reputable company in Cairo, Egypt is seeking a skilled and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join their team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1-5 years of experience in a similar role. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for the company and will provide general administrative support across the organization. You should have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively.Responsibilities:

  1. Welcome and greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
  3. Manage the companys reception area and ensure it is clean and organized
  4. Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages
  5. Assist with administrative tasks such as typing, filing, and data entry
  6. Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
  7. Maintain office supplies and inventory
  8. Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
  9. Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations for employees
  10. Perform other related duties as assigned
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Proven work experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Professional and friendly demeanor
  4. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
