ERP and Business applications Techno-Functional Consultant to join our implementation and technical support team. BTS serves two ERP tracks, the first is our local package (AlMithali enterprise), the second is Oracle JDEdward? We need implementer(s) and technical support engineers for ERP application (Financial, Supply chain and Manufacturing)? Work with our customers on implementation life' cycle, including (gap analysis, to be design, system configuration and training)? Respond to first level support requests? Coordinate with the development team for issues not resolved via first level support? Analyze new requirements and communicate these requirements with development' teamjob requirements1 to 3 years
