Our client in Cairo, Egypt urgently requires a director of nursing to support the Clinical Business units. The role has professional accountability for the workforce, service delivery, service strategy, clinical quality, governance and safety; and the implementation of tour client's Nursing strategy.Interviews will be conducted through Skype.The successful candidate will be an experienced and credible nurse leader with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to deliver the highest possible clinical and professional standards. You will be a clinical role model and will be passionate about improvement and patient-centred care. You will possess relevant professional qualifications plus additional specialist management knowledge, acquired through training and experience.-Any knowledge of Arabic will be a plus but not essential for the role.-Package includes; upto 7,000 US Dollars per month depending on experience (tax free), flight tickets, accommodation provided, tourism in Cairo and outside Cairo
