Main Job Duties:? Ultimately accountable for the maintenance of infrastructure availability, development, and reliability.? Ultimately accountable for maintaining and developing continuous integration / continuous delivery(CI/CD) processes.? Collaborate with the leadership team to prioritize and plan team objectives, strategy, and roadmap to align with the company priorities .? Manage the DevOps personnel's performance and velocity in all teams either directly or through leads.? Strategically plan and lead the execution of DevOps work such that it's aligned with company and development goals .? Maintain and develop SLAs and observability metrics.? Manage team hiring and attrition.? Enable teams to delivery deadline and maintain a delivery cadence.? Ensure consistent bookkeeping and documentation of development work.? Represent DevOps communication with other departments.
