Reporting to our International Senior Vice President and Corporate Counsel based in Spain, this position will be based in our Cairo office and will be responsible for developing the Department across our North Africa and Middle Eastern Region. Responsibilities: ? Preparing, reviewing and negotiating international commercial contracts and agreements.? Creating corporate presences in new territories.? Managing litigation matters.? Supporting human resources on employment issues.? Advising operations on the management of risk.? Other tasks as required.
