Responsibilities:?Oversee project delivery and management of all technical matters.?Manage subcontractors performance to achieve their tasks according to project's schedule and quality requirements.?Manage the equipment usage for its full capacity to ensure proper operation.?Ensure adequate working conditions for site personnel.?Approve the implemented works during the specified time duration to issue the interim payment.?Prepare the required reports for project progress, requirements and problems.Requirements/Qualifications:?B.Sc. in Civil or Architectural Engineering.?10-15 years of relevant experience in a reputable large size construction firm.
