about the roleYou belong to the Operations department whose role is to design , implement, operate and maintain Cloud Computing offers for customers (Small and Medium Enterprises, Large Accounts) Based on Open Stack and other virtualization Technologies , you deliver some innovative and advanced services to customers wanting to delegate their business critical applications management to a trusted supplier----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------You are part of a team composed of cloud computing engineers and technical project managers. This team is fully responsible and accountable for the service transition and operations of Customers .Once the handover from presales to operations is done, you participate to the technical implementation. You perform the technical changes and service operations of the customers solutions during their whole lifecycle.You implement the technical building blocks of the subscribed solutions (main components : system, database, application installation, back up, monitoring, ).You qualify and perform the change requests received from the customers.You launch some troubleshooting actions and restore the service when trouble tickets are opened by the customers. You provide some information to customers on a regular basis.You proceed to daily operational check lists executions, administrate the Flexible Engine platforms.You improve on a regular basis the technical instructions and procedures in order to raise the quality of service provided to customers.You sometimes have to perform some technical operations during non-business hours.You participate to workgroups for sake of continuous service improvement
