Analyze and evaluate (New or current project opportunities)? Develop and execute projects business plan by collaborating with different departments to deliver a strong value preposition? Take part in making the Feasibility Studies for the prospected projects.? Adjust the value of a project in terms of design, functionality, cost and location (concept, architecture, interior and landscape design)? Develop & Coordinate projects with different departments in the company (sales, marketing, financial, legal and different departments in the engineering sector) & the outsource consultants and designers.? Follow up and revise consultants and designers contracts, scope of work and work progress.? Analyze the exhibitions taking place in the different fields.? Knowledge of the different aspects and phase of real estate? The ability to communicate and bring ideas together with different departments (sales, marketing, financial, legal and different departments in the engineering sector)which leads to a realistic complete perfect project.? Familiar with different development types (residential, commercial, administrative, industrial...properties)
