Communication/Negotiation:- Good oral and written communication skills in order to draft recommendations for senior management and explain benefits packages to employees. - Good presentation skills - Negotiation skills to get the best out of the vendor Contribution/Leadership:- Provides ongoing technical /operational guidance to lead professional work teams - Utilizes expertise to directly influence people outside department or function.
