*provide HR Manager support to the Landmark group Egypt Territory in terms of Manpower Planning, Talent Review and Management, HR Operations and Employee Engagement.Employee Engagement.Staff ProductivityReview staff productivity matrix on retail and warehouse parametersHandle HR Analytical on staff productivity parametersPerformance Management & RewardsFacilitate the performance management process in the territoryDesign and Deliver the Action Plan, the High Performers, High Potential and Poor Performers.Support the corporate Rewards & Policy Management in increment planning, incentive allocation and policy review for the Concept.Manpower Budgeting and PlanningWork with function heads to plan manpower requirement for territory in accordance with annual business plans and productivity normsMonitor and review the manpower budget quarterly to ensure adherence to the budget norms.Ensure availability of Manpower Plan through internal or external talent acquisition.HR Operations /Employee RelationsManage the employee separation process, thereby ensuring smooth exit of employee from the organization including but not limited to exit interviews, full and final settlement, retention strategies etc.Ensure effective implementation of HR policies.Ensure compliance with statutory provisions with respect to people practices and processesTalent ManagementDrive talent development initiatives like talent review, IDPs, Developmental programs, career progression etc. for territory
