Architectural design works? Prepare shop drawing and coordination drawings (or composite drawing) based on project s design drawings inaccurate with quality standard? Prepare and follow-up technical queries with the Client/Consultants? Coordinate the approval of drawings and responsible for the distribution of drawings released for construction to concerned site personnel.? Follow up the time schedule agreed for the design development and shop drawings with Subcontractors.? Ensure in coordination with Site Engineers that executions of works are to the required quality and safety and resolves all technical problems for all trades.? Prepare BOQ and Specs? Study the project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, BOQ etc (? Responsible to ensure that site is supplied with all documentation, methods & material needed to execution the works? Follow up on the permanent work design and coordinate this with the site.? Coordinate on a daily basis with the subcontractors, and assist in the preparation of the work requisition for the subcontracted works? Prepare work requisition for all required permanent materials, and prepare material submittals and follow-up of the approval process.? Participate in resolving/reporting any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise? During construction to the technical office manager for discussion and correct resolution? Issuing subcontractors invoices? Coordinate with other trades to solve any conflict between (Civil, Mech, Elect. etc ).? Study and prepare requests for information (RFI) for all missing, unclear, conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during constructionjob requirements4 to 9 years
