YOUR ROLE? Ensure operational stability of the business applications in scope? Act as an escalation point if needed and solve application incidents? Manage service requests and administrative tasks (e.g. creation of roles & users, assignment of authorizations, etc.)? Execute application reports to provide support to end users and handover requested data information? Identify improvement potentials and implement, and address to, relevant stakeholders? Create learning material (e.g. FAQ Videos, Training Documentation)? Capture and improve ticket resolution knowledge (e.g. Wiki)YOUR SKILLS? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or any relevant study? At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field of industry? Fluent English speaker. German is preferable? Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications? Previous experience at a multinational environment is a plus
