YOUR ROLE? Ensure operational stability of the Analytics applications and the transition of the applications in scope to production? Replace service of external company currently providing the support? Act as an escalation point if needed and solve application incidents? Manage the service level of the third-party providers (Cloud/on-premise) for supporting the Analytics applications? Continuously monitor the various incidents related to the Analytics applications? Identify improvement potentials and address them to Analytics application owners? Stand accountable for bug fixes and small enhancementsYOUR SKILLS? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or any relevant study? At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field of industry? Fluent English speaker. German is preferable? Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications? Previous experience at a multinational environment is a plus
