QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:- 17 years of relevant senior sales experience from large multinational IT organization- Experience of managing a sales team in a multinational IT organization is essential.- Experience in enterprise IT sales management is a must.- Sales management experience in Saudi is ideal.- Fluent in English and Arabic- Established senior account relationships (CEO, CFO, CIO, IT head) in Saudi Arabia- Oracle knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracles competitors- Strong sales and negotiation skills, ability to influence others- Strong result orientation- Excellent interpersonal skills; building/developing relationships, both internally and externally- Ability to work in a complex organization; leading or being a member of virtual teams- Strong communication and presentation skills- University degree
