Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Junior Recruiter to join our team in Beirut, Lebanon. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in recruitment and a strong understanding of the hiring process. As a Junior Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the company. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about recruitment and wants to grow their career in this field.Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  2. Post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
  3. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  4. Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  5. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  6. Collect and review candidate feedback and make recommendations for next steps.
  7. Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events to attract top talent.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
  9. Assist in the preparation of offer letters and employment contracts.
  10. Provide support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field.
  2. 1-5 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
  3. Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  6. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  7. Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems.
  8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  10. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
