The ideal candidate will have the following experience:- 10 + years experience in Hospitality or Aviation sector- Experience managing VIP/First/Business class lounges with an operator or leading airline- Experience leading teams, managing inventory, cost control, staff schedules, customer satisfaction, staff training, Health & Safety and more- Experience accommodating HNWI, Royals , CIP passengers in the GCC- Good understanding of F&B- GCC experience is desired- Arabic speaking is beneficial- International experience in the US/Europe or Asia also beneficial- Excellent communication skills
