Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION :Job Title:POSITIONS: MM MAINTENANCE SUPERVISORSupervisory and mechanical maintenance of Pumps, valves, pipelines and steel structures. Follow-up and Maintenance of Pipeline distribution and hydrants to meet required pressure and operational flow. Preferably from a Shipyard/Marine Environment or from heavy industry background. EM SECTION HEADResponsible for ensuring the maintenance and follow-up of Shipyard Low & High Voltage installation including Cabling and distribution Maintenance of Electrical/Electronic equipment (Pumps, frequency converter, Crane, welding machines...) Lighting and Electrical Distribution Panels in Docks and jetties. Follow-up of HVAC unit maintenance . Meet Quality and Safety Requirement. Energy Monitoring and Optimization. Preferably from a Shipyard/Marine Environment or from heavy industry background. CNC MACHINE OPERATOR SUPERVISOR PIPING WORK PREPARATOR/SUPERVISOR

  • Graduate Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Recognized piping apprenticeship followed by minimum five years as Pipe Fitter in a Ship Repair Yard or proven experience as Work Preparator in Ship Repair Yard for three years.MECHANICAL WORK PREPARATOR/SUPERVISOR
  • Graduate Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Recognized Machine shop apprenticeship followed by minimum Five years as Machine Operator in a Ship Repair Yard. OR
Proven experience as Work Preparator in Ship Repair Yard for three years.QUALITY CONTROLLER
  • Degree in Mechanical/Marine Engineering or sea going engineering first class certificate of competency.
  • A sound knowledge of materials, their application, N.D.T. techniques and machinery limitations under operating conditions is essential.
Minimum Five years experience as a Quality Controller within a Ship Repair Establishment or equivalent. DOCK OPERATORDirectly supervises the day-to-day activities and watch keeping on the floating docks.
  • To ensure safe working practices are maintained at all times.
  • To ensure an acceptable standard of Quality, Environmental, OHSAS and Security Management System for Supply Chain (SMSSC) & Information Security Management System (ISMS) are maintained in accordance with recognized working practices and the Companys QEHS&S Manual and Policy.
