Job DescriptionThe job holder is responsible for working with the Unit Manager / Team Leader to ensure that all equipment s, rides are maintained regularly as per preventive maintenance schedule and repair are resolved promptly.Operational Standards and ManagementConduct preventive maintenance is equipment as per the schedule prepared in line with equipments manualConduct breakdown maintenace in prompt manner to keep down time as minimum as possible.Maintenance of Faullt record to monitor the the down time of the outlet.Provide requirements of spare parts required to attend the callProper management of spare parts stock to keep downtime minimumKeep all tools in proper maintained conditionsEnsure maitenance is carried out with calibrated instruments wherever required.Training to outlets team for proper usage of equipment s / ridesAnalyzing the faults and take necessary corrective action to avoid any reoccurrence of problemKnowledge, Skills & ExperienceEducationITILanguageEnglish MandatoryArabic Beginner / intermediateTechnologyBasic MS office, Excel and PPTOthersJob knowledgeResult orientationTeamwork & collaborationCommunication skillsAnalytical skillsPlanning and organising skillsCustomer service orientation
