Tech Business AnalystBahrain Information Technology (IT) Global Wealth Management Job Reference # 260000BR City Manama Job Type Full Time Your role We?re looking for Tech Business Analyst to: ? engage with colleagues at all levels to meet business requirements ? translate business requirements into technical documentation ? collaborate with technologists to drive delivery within an Agile framework ? help on as-is and to-be impact analysis ? contribute to reduction of all security and operational risks, in line with policies and standards ? establish communication with business about process and projects ? build implementation and rollback plans, test cases and planning releases Your team You?ll be working in the front-office technologies, as part of the Technology division in Brazil. Together as a team, we provide trading solutions which includes high touch and algo-trading platforms, order management systems, risk controls, market data feeders and drop copy systems. As a tech business analyst, you?ll play an important role discussing with business and software engineers, analyzing ideas and proposals from both sides, supporting business as an L3 analyst, reporting project status to senior management, playing key roles in local and global projects. Your expertise ? ideally 2+ years of experience in an agile team within the financial sector ? understanding of application software delivery tools and desktop operating systems ? knowledge of Agile principles (Scrum/Kanban) ? technical experience with Jira, SDLC and SharePoint ? experience in creating functional and business requirements specifications ? excellent written and verbal communication skills ? adaptable, able to work across teams and functions ? curious to understand business needs and processes end-to-end ? passionate about supporting the development of IT systems and applications ?
