Job Title:Surgical ResidentQualifications:Medical Professionals (MBBS / MD / MS or equivalent)Responsibilities:Assist in surgical procedures under the supervision of senior surgeons.Manage preoperative and postoperative care of patients.Participate in rounds, patient assessments, and treatment planning.Maintain accurate patient records and document surgical procedures.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including anesthesiologists, nurses, and other medical staff.Stay updated with the latest surgical techniques and medical research.Requirements:5–7 years of relevant experience in surgical residency or clinical practice.Valid medical license as required in the BahrainStrong clinical and surgical knowledge.Ability to work under pressure in high-stress environments.
