As Senior Associate, you will work as internal consulting expert to support the organisations digitisation process, along with the COO and Heads of Departments. This is part of the organisations long term strategic initiatives to contribute to their ongoing growth and cater to their vision of optimising returns for their diversified portfolios.Client DetailsThis is an established and successful financial services organisation in Bahrain who are going through a very exciting stage in their development and evolution.DescriptionLiaise with senior management to understand the firms requirements and ensure they are aligned to its long - term strategy.Oversee improvement, enhancement, and automation of teams (Finance, Fund operations, Client Services, etc.)Conduct analysis of key financial trends and performance metrics through financial models to provide insights that support the CEO and the COOs decision making.Incorporate insights and recommendations from the leadership team to develop strategic plan of action for the future.ProfileBachelors degree with preference to candidates from Finance, Accounting or Economics background from reputable institutions.
