Store Sales ExecutiveJob Location : BahrainRole:?Generate new client relationships and build these relationships to proactively secure sales.?Confident for working with clients on a one to one basis?Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)?Answer customers? questions about specific products/services?Cross-sell products?Ensure the stock is always full, and store is tidy, neat and well-presented?Coordinate with the Sales Supervisor to provide excellent customer service (old the time)?Inform customers about discounts and special offers?Deliver tasks by deadline, improve sales and customer trafficking, meet good sales numbers?Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision?Physical demands: This position involves constant moving, wrapping, packing, lifting and demonstrating the products.Skills required:?Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role?Understanding of the retail sales process?Familiarity with consumer behavior principles?Track record of achieving sales quotas?Excellent communication skills in English, capable of building trusting relationships?Ability to perform in fast-paced environments?Flexibility to work various shifts?Minimum high school degree?Valid Bahraini Driving License is a big plus.
